Adirondack Chairs Overview

These chairs start out as Cypress trees which are native to Florida. The lumber is purchased from a local saw mill. It is then cut and shaped to all the sizes a chair requires. A crucial step is sanding, every piece is sanded by hand to eliminate all saw and distress marks in the wood. The chair can then start to be assembled with glue and screws. Once completely assembled the chair can get a finish to protect against the suns harmful UV rays, which will turn cypress gray if a finish is not applied. Now that the Adirondack chair is complete, it can be delivered to you. All that’s left is for you to sit back and relax by the ocean or in the back yard!
